This morning September 18 there were six Rusty Blackbirds in Bronte Marsh.
They were gone at noon but two were visible from our balcony at 3 PM.
Directions: Exit the QEW at Bronte Road, go south to Lakeshore, turn
right, cross the bridge and turn right at Triller. There is a path between
the houses that leads to the pond which has extensive mud now.
There was a Great Horned Owl in the southwest part of Shell Park this
morning. Shell Park is a little further west along Lakeshore. The owl was in
the trees just north of the allotment gardens.
