At Trib C Markham this am - 3 White-rumped sandpipers : fine plumage suggests Northbound - 2 Least sandpipers : presumed Southbound - lots of Killdeers - 2 Caspian terns [first I have seen here] - hundreds of juvenile Great black-backed gulls - also juvenile Iceland and Glaucous in the mob of Ring-billed & herring gulls - Trib C lies like a frying pan 2km East of the Ninth line just South of Hwy 7 on Reesor Road - hot dig! - Stan Long
