For anyone who hasn't seen the Dickcissel in the Northern Part of Bronte
Provincial Park, we wish to advise that we saw the bird at 2:30 P.M. today,
between hydro pole 85 and the hydro pole with the two guy wire supports. It
was in the large trees on the east side of the path, moving back-and-forth and
singing continuously.

Directions as per previous postings.

The male Dickcissel in the north end of Bronte Creek Provincial Park was
seen again at 6:30 PM Friday June 10. The bird was easy to spot when he sang
near the pole with two guy wires.

Directions: When travelling eastbound on Dundas east of Appleby pull over
just before Tremaine and park near the chained gate. Follow the track beside
the power lines to the pole with two guy wires.
