Sorry folks, in my excitement and haste I forgot to mention directions so
here they are:
>From Toronto area - QEW West Bound (Niagara bound) exit at Eastport Drive
follow this road until you go over the lift bridge, turn right on to the
first road on the right (could be Beach Blvd.) park in the parking lot.

>From Niagara - QEW East Bound (Toronto bound) exit at Eastport Drive follow
this road until just before the lift bridge, turn left on to the last road
on the left (could be Beach Blvd.) park in the parking lot.

After hiding from visiting birders yesterday (probably because of
excessive human beach activity), the Piping Plover was present again
this morning on the inner part of beach 3 at Presqu'ile Provincial Park,
which can be reached from Brighton by following the signs.
