[Ontbirds]Sandhill Crane Glengarry County

Tonight just before 8 o'clock I heard but failed to see a Sandhill Crane 
while I was walking on the Garry Fen Trail near Alexandria.

Directions:  Go west on Kenyon Concession 1 from Highway 34 south of 
Alexandria.  Turn right into Lakeshore Road and proceed several kms past 
the dam to the trailhead parking lot on your right.  The bird seemed to be 
calling from across the road to the west.
