Hello Ontario Birders: The 2004 Ontario Bird Records Committee (OBRC) held its annual meeting at the Royal Ontario Museum on Sunday, April 10. In addition to finalizing voting on submitted bird records, the committee discussed various policy issues and elected four new voting members (Glenn Coady, Jean Iron, Colin Jones, and Ian Richards).
