This is excellent advise on how all birders and photographers should behave 
while observing any Owls we happen across. I trust that it's followed and not 
just when someone else might be watching. These wonders of nature have a 
difficult enough time trying to survive the hardships of winter without having 
to be wary of inconsiderate fools with binoculars or cameras invading their 
space.
