I am about to venture down for the dusk sightings on Hall's Rd.

Phone-in message to me-- Great Gray in a Maple tree near the Sewage plant at
the bottom of Beechgrove in east Scarborough today.

As I drove south down Ashburn Rd. north of Columbus Rd. a PILEATED
WOODPECKER flew towards me over the roadway. On the manured field just south
of Columbus-- many Snow Buntings and Horned Larks-- I am unable to ID a
Longspur yet.

A male Cowbird was on a feeder in the backyard of a Byron St., Whitby, home.

The Sandhill Crane is very difficult to discern, but, in general he is with
the many sitting-on-ice Canada Geese to the west of the Pringle Creek bridge
on Brock St. S. in south Whitby.
