Observation start time: 08:00:00
Observation end time: 15:30:00
Total observation time: 7.5 hours

Official Counter: Calvin Brennan

Observers: Fred Kirn, Jim Maki, Lathe Claflin, Walt Pawloski

Weather:
Today saw clearing during the morning hours with light east-northeast
winds. The skies remained clear until mid afternoon when high cloud moved
into the area. Winds in the afternoon were light to moderate southeast.

Observations:
The flight began strongly and was actually quite heavy during the third
hour of the count (11-12) tapering off sharply after that point, perhaps
influenced by the switch in wind direction. The remainder of the flight
was fairly steady but much lighter. Golden Eagles highlighted the day
again with multiple birds seen flying together on several occasions.
