Weather:
Conditions were bright and clear again today with little or no cloud cover.
Winds were light to moderate out of the southwest.

Observations:
The flight was fairly steady during the early part of the day but slowed
once the south wind pushed birds to the north. Even the bulk of the TV
movement was before noon including groups of 300-400 birds at a time. Most
of the kettles in the afternoon today were 20 birds or less standing in
contrast to the flight of the last two days when the large groups of
vultures continued to move through into the early evening. An interesting
sighting was of a migrant Osprey carrying a fish at quite a high altitude.
It makes you wonder how long the bird had been carrying the meal and where
the fish had been caught.
