Any cloud cover that was present in the early part of the day dissipated with the switch in winds in the afternoon. Observations: The flight was spread over a wide front so much so that both sites were used until the wind switch occurred after which only the boat launch site was utilized. The migration was steady, if not heavy, throughout the day with 506 birds of 10 species recorded overall. Predictions: A series of weak fronts are predicted to occur during the week so it will be interesting to see what sort of movements are stimulated by these. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Calvin Brennan ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) SMRR- Lake Erie Metropark information may be found at: http://www.smrr.net/
