At 1:30 this afternoon I watched the White-winged Dove fly out of the
trees on the west side of the allotment gardens and across the pipe path
to the trees on the east side ( behind the house )  wear it diapered in
to the foliage , I am not sheer whether it went to roust their or just
keep on going right on through !! it wood seem that it likes the south
end of the park rather than the north , I wood look for it around the
gardens if you are going to spend any time their .I look for 2 hours
today 
 
 
 
Shell Park is located on Lakeshore Road in between Burloak and Bronte

Weather:
Winds were light and variable under clear skies with temperatures at 28
degrees Celsius over the noonhour.

Observations:
A light migration observed today, mainly Sharp-shinned hawks.  

Flocks of Blue Jays were observed migrating through the site with 2,635
counted.  A Red-headed Woodpecker flew over the hawk tower at 8:10 a.m.  

Predictions:
This warm weather is forecast to continue tomorrow with cooler weather on
the weekend predicted.
