Hello Birders.

Thursday morning, while looking for juv. FORSTERS and Juv. COMMON TERNS fishing off KETTLE POINT there were three Juvenile plumaged LITTLE GULLS fishing also. They still had remnants of the blackish mantle, not seen in the Fall. The birds moved off to the N.E. in the direction of Grand Bend and were lost from sight. Kettle Point and the Pinery are situated off Highway 21 N. of Sarnia and W. of London Ont. As a PS. A bird calling like a LONG-BILLED CURLEW flew inland, high over my head while I was at the Visitor Center in the Pinery Provincial Park early this afternoon. It kept calling repeatedly until it passed from my hearing heading almost due South. This note is intended as an FYI in case anyone else thinks that they are 'Seeing things'
                  Good Birding. Alf Rider.
