Gee Mark I've been on vacation and it seem's as if I have missed yet another
great Mocking bird sighting, I also do photographic capture of birds and
would like to try and capture this spiecies on film, do you think the staff
at the Witby Mental Health Care Center would mind if we imposed slightly on
your daily routine and set up for a photo shoot?, shoud I bring Tim Bits or
Jelly Worms? But most of all our group is very interested in the Common
Grackle's, are the breeding? have you located the nest? if so we would like
to obtain photograph capture of the nesting events.

Hello Ontario Birdetrs:
This afternoon after work at Whitby Mental Health Centre I sighted a
NORTHERN MOCKINGBIRD family of 5 on the North Western side and south of the
new Subdivision.
Yes it is that time of year for new families to come to the feeders. I
have sighted the following in my yard south of Newcastle: BLUE JAYS,
NORTHERN CARDINALS & COMMON GRACKLES.
Directions: Exit Highway # 12 south of Whitby to Victoria and turn west
till Gordon St. south and turn west on to the property of Whitby Mental
Health Centre as far as the dead end by the subdivision.
Take # 430 exit south of Newcastle till 500 meters before the lake.
