We relocated the White Pelican at 10:30 today .The bird was in the marsh
just east of 2407 Deer Run Road. Take county road 1 south from Wheatley
almost to Lake Erie, turn right on Deer Run Road ---bird was on right about
ΒΌ mile

A visit to the Tollgate Ponds at 1:00 PM today in search of the Avocet =
was fruitless.  A check of the pond at Pier 25 proved likewise.=20

Yesterday afternoon while on a return boat trip out of Snug Harbour near
Kilbear Park two white pelicans were observed by 18 people flying North over
the water and out of sight.
