I have just received a report that both a male and female Lark Bunting have
been seen approximately 3 miles south of Perth. Unfortunately the birds
have not been seen for the last 2 days, and the owners of the feeders where
seen do not want visitors, which is why I have just got the report.
The information I have is that the male was seen by 1 person once on May
5, and the female seen over a period of about 1 week by 2 or 3 people. An
attempt was made to get a picture of the female, but results will not be
known until it is developed. I will find out the results.
Since visitors are not welcome, I do not have full directions, but
birders in the general area should be on the lookout if the birds have moved
on.
