Visitors:
Miss Bobbie Duncan and 24 of her students from the Waterdown District High
School Outboad Program visited and talked with todays hawk watchers and
counters. All together a delightful group to have around on a slow day.

Weather:
It was a beautiful day today with NW winds blowing in big puffy clouds.
Unfortunately, the birds did not read the weather forecast.

Observations:
Very few birdss today, mostly Sharp-shinned Hawks and Broad-winged Hawks.
Lots of local activity with displaying Cooper's Hawks and a lovely
Red-tail giving us kiting demonstrations all day. The local TV family
made several trips over the park, enjoying the NW wind.

LOts of blue jays today and the local tree swallows were having a good
time.
