Today , Friday the 30th, there was a female Prairie Warbler and aMale 
Blue-winged Warbler at Shell Park (Bronte), Oakville , Ontario. 
Directions; Take QEW at Oakville and exit south at Bronte Road, RR# 25. 
Continue south to the lake at Lakeshore Road. Turn left at the lights and 
proceed east about 1.5 km  to the entrance to Shell Park on the left. The 
birds, among others are usually along the creek between the two small bridges. 
Sorry Cheryl, you missed it by ten minutes.

May Day approacheth! Today, Apr.30, presented a challenge but we did get
some great rewards-- Wilson's Warbler down the roadway near the beaver dam;
in the woods-- Cape May Warbler, Yellow W., Pine W., Palm W., Black-&-white,
Ovenbird, Nashville W., Yellow-rumped W., Northern Parula, Black-throated
Green W., and Black-throated Blue W., along with Brown Thrashers, Hermit
Thrushes, Wood Thrush, Warbling Vireo, Catbird, Field Sparrow, White-crowned
Sparrow, White-throated Sparrows, Eastern Towhees, Am. Goldfinch, House
Finch, Swamp Sp., Red-bellied Woodpecker, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Baltimore
Oriole, Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, House Wren,---

Along the waterfront trail to the west of the end of Thickson's Rd.--
Savannah Sparrows and White-crowned Sparrow.

>From the 401, south down Thickson Rd. down toward the lake, turning left at
the first street north of the woods on the left.

Ceranberry marsh north pathway-- Indigo Bunting, White-crowned Sparrow.
On the east side body of water at Cranberry-- Ruddy Ducks, Gadwalls, Coots ,
1 Moorhen, N.Shoveler among many other ducks.

Along Victoria St. in southwest Whitby, go 1 block east of Lakeridge,
turning south down Hall's Rd.
