A singing male Pine Warbler at 9:45am in the area around the Bird List Book.
Confirmed by Jim Fairchild at 11:30am. Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Eastern Towhee, Fox Sparrows, Hermit Thrushes were the additional highlights. Also Savannah Sparrows in the fields west of the woods. Thickson's Woods is located at the South end of Thickson's Road in Whitby. John Stirrat Scarborough
