Hi Ontbirders,

I was out this morning from 7-9 am and saw both the goldeneye and eider
in the same general area as described in earlier postings. If standing
on Owen Pt. the goldeneye is usually on the south (left) side of Gull
Island often between duck blind 16 on Gull Is. and blind 24 on High
Bluff Island. The eider is with a half dozen Ww Scoters which are
swimming off the north (right) side of Gull Island, roughly in line with
the big quarry pier at Colborne.

Cheers,

Doug McRae
