Sorry for the late posting but I couldn't get to computer all day...

Today [March 31st] at 7:15am the male and female Harlequin Ducks were
visible close to shore at Ben Macharee Park in Mississauga. They were
swimming about 50 meters offshore with Buffleheads and Golden-eyes.
Visibility is limited but you could see about 400-500 meters offshore when I
was there.

Exit QEW at Hurontario St. or Mississauga Rd. and go west to Pine Street
then south to the lake. There are three entrances to the park ... take the
middle one [the one with the playground equipment] and walk to the lake. The
birds will hopefully be directly in front of you. They were slowly moving
east to their "traditional" spot.
