A RARE BIRD for the KINGSTON REGION

Bruce Ripley heard and saw a TUFTED TITMOUSE near the mail boxes by The
Point Rd. and in the Cartwright Point East area this morning at about 8:15
a.m.

Bruce picked me up to return to the area and we both had a good look at the
bird on Cardinal Lane. It was still giving both the "peter-peter" call and
the single clear note call as we left. A CAROLINA WREN was also singing.

There were also 2 GOLDEN-CROWNED KINGLETS in the trees on Cardinal Lane.
