Spring arrivals are multiplying quickly with the
warm weather - Bluebirds, Red-winged Blackbirds,
Killdeer, Grackles, Robins have all appeared in
the past few days.

The ice gave way at the mouth of the Saugeen
River early Saturday morning and now many small
lakes and rivers are open making Bufflehead,
Goldeneye and Common Mergansers easy to locate.

Snowy Owls are still around but are not being
located reliably at any particular locations
anymore.
