This morning at about 11:30, we had a Northern Shrike come to our yard
on the bank of the Nith River. We live on Nafziger Road between
Snyder's Rd. W. and Phillipsburg (Erb's Road).
Directions: Take 7/8 West and exit on the Nafziger Rd. exit (next exit
after Baden). Go about 3 km. to a stop sign at the Steinmann Mennonite
church. Continue on for about a mile - the Nith River runs very close
to the road along this stretch.
We have also had about 120 Pine Siskins coming in and out all morning.
