Today Maureen Riggs, Albert Boisvert, Ken Kingdon and myself observed a

Belleville. It was seen on the shoulder of the road just as you pass the
main sign to the Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area, which is just
past the Ducks Dive house. This bird was originally found by Bud Rowe and
Joel Ellis who also located a female BARROW'S GOLDENEYE in the harbour at
Prince Edward Point, which we could not locate.
