While taking an Owl workshop at the University of Guelph yesterday, there
was a Hermit Thrush coming to the feeder area. The bird seemed to be in
good shape and was eating berries on various bushes near the feeder. Also
found a very cold looking American Robin.

Directions: From the 401 take the exit marked #6 highway (Brock Road) north
the Guelph (I believe this road becomes Gordon Street at Stone Road). At
Stone Road turn right (east), and at the first set of lights turn left into
the University (South Ring Road) and then turn right at the very first road.
Once you have turned right make another right hand turn at the very first
road which is the Arboretum road. Follow this road to its end and the bird
feeder is at the entrance to the center.

Cheers, Rick
