Please Excuse my spelling ,I am Dyslexic thank you for your understanding.
Having the day off today to celebrate my Birthday , Bev and I went to look for birds in High Park At 1:24 we had the Prairie Falcon fly over our heads as we wear looking down towards the Flower Garden ( the one shaped like a maple leaf) beside Grenadier pond. It flue in from the east and was last seen heading towards the Condos at Humber Bay . I am not a expert with this speeches in flight but am with Peregrine Falcon and can say that the back was brown and the proper amount of underwing tips were far to dark and ( almost to black) also the under wings had the dark area coming out the body eliminating Peregrine in my mind ! Any way it is still in the area ! Wild or not !? And worth still looking for . Other good birds seen in High park today wear Red Bellied woodpecker 1 , Downy woodpecker 4, Hairy woodpecker 1 , Brown Creeper 1, Red Breasted Nuthatch 1, A .Robin 15. High Park is found in the west end of Toronto near Parkside dr and Bloor st. Craig & Bev McLauchlan Toronto/Ont/Canada/World.
