Today at around 12:30 I observed a group of NINE Turkey Vultures in a farm field about a kilometer west of the small town of Wallenstein. We've observed this same group since about Dec.18, but we had only had a max count of five before today.
Directions: take Hwy. 85 (formerly Hwy. 86) north all the way to Elmira, go west on Hwy 85 towards Listowel, follow through to Wallentstein to the first road on left which is Powell Line. take that to the first road (Posey Line), turn right and the TUVU's have been in the fields on the right side (eating manure) between the first and second farms.
