Ontbirders My hat is off to all the Christmas Bird Count compilers who are able to post results on Ontbirds. We should all appreciate the extra effort required.
I'd like to point out to the participants of bird counts that Ontbirds is especially interested in hearing of rare or seasonally exceptional birds in as timely a manner as possible. Please don't rely on your overworked compiler, if you see bird others may want to relocate, phone someone as soon as possible. Make sure the bird gets posted to Ontbirds. As always with directions. Species and location in the subject line is good too. All the best for the holiday season.
