Saturday December 13

Hi birders:

In Sarnia bay this morning at around 9:00 I started off with 2 adult
GLAUCOUS GULLS with some Herring Gulls in front of the Stoke's restaurant.
Circling around the bay, I saw at least six adult GREAT BLACK-BACKED GULLS
flying around and sitting in the water, as well as a HORNED GREBE and four
COMMON GOLDENEYES, with several mergansers, both common and red-breasted.
Finally, an adult ICELAND GULL flew in front of me and headed down river. I
should mention that last week I had a juvenile female PEREGRINE FALCON and a
SURF SCOTER.

Sarnia Bay is located in Sarnia's Centennial Park on the west side of Front
St. and south of Exmouth St.

Good birding!
