This morning a small flock of Evening Grosbeaks(6) briefly visited my feeders.
For the past 3 days a large flock (60+) of pine siskins have been at the niger
feeders in the
morning. They don't stay long so I don't know if it is the same group or
migrating flocks passing
by. A female red bellied woodpecker & female purple finch are regular visitors.

Walsingham is on Highway 59 just north of Highway 24. (north of Long Point
approx 15 km) We
are on the 6th Concession just west of the village at #905 (adjacent to Big
Creek). Many of the
feeders are in the front yard & can be seen easily from the driveway.
