This post is for information only. While driving east along the QEW
around noon Saturday, a Bald Eagle was sighted soaring over Mississauga
in the sunshine just north of the highway @ Erin Mills Parkway. A
beautiful sight for all of us in the car, even me, the driver. The
flash of white caught my eye, as I first thought it was a Great Blue
Heron heading for the Credit. When it turned, we all saw the white head
and tail, despite being a few hundred feet up. It was the first time I,
as well as my children, have seen one in the wild in the urban part of
S Ont.
