light northerly reverted to medium SW winds by mid-AM;
falling BP all morning--by 1300 the skies were overcast;
15C

Observations:
13 TVs, 14 Sharpies, 1 male N.Harrier, 1 NORTHERN GOSHAWK
came through very low; 12 Red-taileds, 1 Merlin, 
1 Peregrine

an immature DICKCISSEL remained with us all AM, as he 
stayed with 3 sparrow spp.--this was a "great" bird for
this area; he fed with the sparrows along the pathway
leading to our platform.

an immature BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE flew westward along the lakefront
