Hello Ontbirders
    Today, October 6th at 10:15am I observed a Nelson's Sharp-tailed
Sparrow about 100 metres west of the Britannia Pier in the shoreline
vegetation along the Ottawa River. The sparrow was very secretive but
sat up briefly when I pished. A small number of Swamp Sparrows were also
noted. Rubber boots are recommended.

                                good birding
