'sorry about the late posting... Yesterday, October 5 at 6:00pm I observed an adult Red & Red-necked Phalarope on the west side of the breakwall at Port Burwell. This is on the east side of the canal, beyond the dirt parking area after you pass though town. The birds were feeding very close to the breakwall and allowed extremely close observation. They were still there when I left around 6:40pm.
