Winds were strong and right up the cliff. Observations: Well...perfect day for Peregrines at the cliff and that's exactly what the counters got...7 Peregrines!! Not bad given it's still a few days before the typical big Peregrine push around Oct 1st. Predictions: Thursday may bring more Peregrines if the winds hang to the SW. If the wind gets W then I don't expect much of a flight. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Dave Brown ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch information may be found at: http://www.ezlink.on.ca/~thebrowns/HawkCliff/index.htm Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch: Oldest Hawkwatch in Ontario - since 1931 - located just east of Port Stanley on the cliff overlooking Lake Erie [EMAIL PROTECTED] Visit http://www.ofo.ca/ontbirdsguide.htm for information on leaving and joining the list.
