A PRAIRIE WARBLER has re-appeared on Wylie Road on the Carden Plain in almost the same spot as last year - on the west side of the road, 4.4 km north of the bridge in Sedge Wren marsh.
Several YELLOW RAILS are still calling sporadically in Sedge Wren Marsh, especially just west of the road several hundred meters north of the bridge. Directions: Follow Road 6 north from Kirkfield past the lift locks; turn right on MacNamee Road at the curve, then left again onto Wiley Road; Sedge Wren marsh is about 3 km north. Ronald A.
