Hi All, As far as I know from the border birder hotline, the first ever Blue-winged Warbler was seen this morning at the Sault Locks. It is the first time I have seen a blue-winged since moving here in 1994. To get there; >From downtown Sault Ste. Marie, travel along Queen St. to the St. Mary's Paper mill and take Canal Drive to the historical park's visitor's centre. Walk across the canal onto St. Mary's Island. Turn right and walk towards the International Bridge. The bird was between the two foot bridges amounst the choke cherries. >From the International Bridge turn right and drive through the intersection to St. Mary's Paper and then onto Canal Drive.
