PLEASE BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR COLOR-MARKED RED-TAILED HAWKS IN THE
EASTERN U.S. AND CANADA.

The Red-tails are marked with Yellow, Green or Red (Pink) dye on the
first 4 secondaries forming a square patch of color along the trailing
edge of each wing. If you see one of these birds. please report the
following:

Name, Address, Phone, email
Date and Time (EST)
Location (State, County, exact locality)
Age of hawk
Dye Color
Behavior of hawk when observed
