I was surprised to see four CEDAR WAXWINGS in my East Burlington yard this
morning (in addition to about two dozen ROBINS that were feasting on last
fall's Mountain Ash berries). I always have a flock of 40-50 cedar waxwings
come through in early May, eating the highbush cranberries (viburnum) from
last fall, but this is extraordinarily early.
