around 4.30pm at the mouth of little river at windsor marina (riverdale and
riverside drive), there was a 1st winter iceland gull mixed in with the huge
amounts of ring billed gulls. the area in front of peche island is still
packed with ducks and gulls, and today were all very active in the strong
north wind.

the gull was mottled light brown overall, no black anywhere on the wings or
tail, and had a black bill.

i will be returning to the area tomorrow to try and relocate the bird.

windsor marina is on the north intersection of riverside drive east and
riverdale, just at the mouth of the detroit river across from peche island
