Nearby 6 Grey Partridge on Akins in a ditch ( off Eagelson). 2 male Barrow's Goldeneyes at Remic Rapids, Barred Owl at Riddell Road trail near Ottawa Duck Club feeders.
Today at Amherst Island were many RT & RL hawks and 3 Snowy owls. LE owls in Owl Woods but no Saw-whet found. Glaucous Gull on the ice.Varied Thrush seen at 3.45 pm at Prinyer's Cove near Lake - on -the - Mountain near the Glenora ferry.
