Try add local link address failed.
Only local link address work for OSPF but generate problem for me due to
lack of global link ip.
Any suggestion?

It looks like the 'backup' interface does not have link-local address,
which is required for IPv6 OSPF. Likely a bug in Wireguard kernel code
as such address should be assigned automatically. You can try to add it
manually.
