[bird-users] cz.nic debian mirror and bullseye

Was wondering why the CZ.NIC mirror[0] only contains the packages for
jessie (8), and stretch (9).
Not yet buster (10) or bullseye (testing) ?

Imho it makes sense to either keep [0] up-to-date with [1]. Or just
plainly close the CZ.NIC mirror[0].
