Hi, I've tested that 1.6.3 on CentOS 7 and that RPM is not usable on it.

Pro obejití problému můžete zkusit volbu --skip-broken
Summary in english: RPM requires the libtinfo.so.6 and libncurses.so.6 which
are not present in CentOS 7.
Same probably goes for the RHEL 7, long story short it is the fedora only
repo.
As for the EPEL repository and outdated version there, there is an bug report
[1] for updating from the 1.4.5 to 1.6.3. However there is the requirement of
100% forward compatibility of configuration. If it fulfills that, it would be
great to try to reopen that bug in Red Hat Bugzilla.
