Hello Daz,

As far as I know there is no single command equivalent in bird, however you can 
achieve basically the same by running these commands in a filter


export filter {
        if (source net = 22.23.24.25/23 )  then {
                bgp.path.empty;
                bgp.path.prepend(22232);
                accept;
        }
}
