This is sara here and i am doing BS Bioinformatics(4 years), in my fifth semester. I had been coming to your group and came to know that alot of people are active members here thats why I thought of asking you people for help. I am taking a short course of biojava and have been assigned to work on a project related to gene networks. Can anybody help me out with the softwares available for the gene networks? I need just the names of some of the softwares so that i can see how they are working and then i have to try to develop a source code for it. I shall be thankful if anybody can help me out.
