hi sanjeev... i suppose IIT delhi will be god option and you even can try at BITS Pilani. But to enter both these places you will need prior sources.
You can visit ADI Biosolutions at CHD...... i looked to there modules they are quite interactive and can help you develop valuable skills for growing in life science fields! There are many other institutes at delhi and chd but this one to my respect is the best..... as their soul base is not just training. Hope this helps....
