Installing GO.db or org.Hs.eg.db fail with the error

ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'GO.db'

This happens with 

BiocManager::install("GO.db") 

and when installing by hand.

Installing by hand allowed to catch one issue related to xml2 source 
installation.
