The Bioconductor 3.22 Release is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday October 29th.
Packages submitted to the new package submission queue at this time are a first come first serve basis. Reviewers are volunteer and review packages as time permits. Submitting now will not guarantee inclusion into 3.22. It must pass the submission process including an official review and be accepted by October 22. Packages not meeting this deadline will still be reviewed and will be accepted and published into Bioconductor devel for 3.23 inclusion. Please remember, The Bioconductor 3.21 branch will be frozen Monday October 13th. After that date, no changes will be permitted ever on that branch. The deadline for devel Bioconductor 3.22 for packages to pass R CMD build and R CMD check is October 27th. While you will still be able to make commits past this date, This ensures any changes pushed to git.bioconductor.org are reflected in at least one build report before the devel branch will be copied to a release 3.22 branch.
